How do I ask for a collection? Do I need to register first?

Where can I find the prices of your products?

Do I need to have a GRUPO RAPIDWAY account to make a shipment?
It is not necessary, but it is recommended. In any case, by calling 93 384 53 51 or by sending an email to: atclient@rapidwaysa.com where they will tell you everything.
How do I cancel or change a collection?

What are the maximum weights and sizes for GRUPO RAPIDWAY?

Do I have to give details of the weights and sizes of my shipments?

For any quote it is essential to know the weights and sizes of your shipments.

PACKAGING

The box

Whenever possible, we advise using a new box. The more a box is used, the more it loses its protective qualities.

If using a reused box, you must make sure that it is rigid and has no knocks, cuts, scratches or damaged corners, and that the lids are intact. You must also remove any labels or markings from previous shipments.

Internal protection

It is very important to cushion the contents of the package appropriately, wrapping each item separately, leaving a space between them, their corners, sides, upper and lower parts of the box.

Appropriate materials to cushion and protect your shipment would be:

  • o Plastic with air bags or bubbles
  • o Inflatable packaging, otherwise known as air bags
  • o Foam seals and/or spacing
Closing and sealing

Use a strong seal to close the pack. Examples of this might be:

  • Pressure-sensitive plastic
  • Nylon reinforced with filament tape
Labelling

To avoid delays and problems in delivery:

  • Always include the receiver’s postcode, and the full address.
  • Include a contact person and telephone number.
  • Place the label on top of the pack in a clearly visible place, and give a copy to our driver.
REGULATIONS AND TAXES

What is ADR?

The ADR or European Agreement on the International Transport of Dangerous Goods by Land is a European agreement to regulate the transport of dangerous goods by road.

Incoterms: DAP / DDP

The acronyms DAP, DDP, etc. are the Incoterms or international terms of trade.

These are three-letter acronyms, which reflect the rules of voluntary acceptance by the parties (buyer and seller) of a commercial agreement regarding the delivery conditions of the goods.

They are used to specify the costs of international commercial transactions, and set out the responsibilities between the buyer and the seller and reflect current practice in international goods transportation.

Levy

Customs duties are generated on the importation of merchandise from outside the European Union, and in Spain they usually range between 0% and 17%.

Certain products, such as laptops, mobile phones, digital cameras, and video game consoles, are duty-free.

Customs

Customs can stop any package for inspection even if its declared value is less than €22. There is more information on tax and duty declaration procedures for importing and import restrictions on the website of the Spanish Tax Agency.

How can I track my package if I have lost the tracking number?

If the shipment has been arranged through our mbe online application (https://new.onlinembe.es/login.jsp) it will always be available there in the Shipment Tracking section. Otherwise, you can get it by sending an email to our customer service department: atclient@rapidwaysa.com or by calling 93 384 53 51.

I want to collect my shipment. Where do I find the warehouse?
You can get it from any of our stores, but we recommend you call us first on 93 384 53 51 or contact us by email at atclient@rapidwaysa.com to ask after the location of your shipment
